💌 Terms & Conditions – Joy Mail

These Terms & Conditions apply to your subscription to Joy Mail by The Joy Project Coach LTD. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
1. The Subscription
Joy Mail is a monthly subscription service delivering a physical letter, exercises, and a Joy Card to the address provided at checkout.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.
2. Billing & Payments
You will be charged monthly on the same date you originally signed up.
For example, if you subscribe on the 12th, you will be billed on the 12th of each month.
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are up to date.
We reserve the right to pause or cancel your subscription if payment cannot be processed.
3. Delivery & Shipping
Joy Mail is sent via Royal Mail second class post.
Orders are typically dispatched towards the end of the month prior, or the beginning of the month they are intended for.
Example:
June Joy Mail will be sent towards the end of May or early June.
Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.
4. Incorrect Subscription Selection (UK vs International)
Customers must select the correct subscription option based on their delivery address.
If a UK subscription is selected with an international address, we reserve the right to hold delivery until the correct subscription is selected and any additional payment is made.
5. Address Accuracy & Changes
You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase.
Any changes must be sent to [email protected] before your next billing date.
We cannot guarantee changes made after processing will apply to that month’s delivery.
6. Lost, Delayed or Missing Post
Once dispatched, Joy Mail is in the care of the postal service.
We are not responsible for items that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered.
If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist where possible.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
If your payment has already been processed for the month, you will still receive that month’s Joy Mail.
Your subscription will then end, and no further payments will be taken.
8. Refunds
Due to the nature of the subscription and physical fulfilment:
We do not offer refunds for:
previous subscription payments
orders already processed or dispatched
9. Content & Personal Responsibility
Joy Mail includes reflective prompts and exercises designed for personal development and wellbeing.
These are intended for general guidance only and are not a substitute for professional advice (including medical, psychological, or therapeutic support).
You engage with the content at your own discretion.
If any content brings up discomfort or distress, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional support.
10. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to:
update or modify the contents of Joy Mail
adjust pricing (with notice)
make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time
